When will my be order shipped?

We ship on the same day your order was placed, if it was placed before 3PM EST.
If the order was placed after 3PM, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with its tracking number.
Please note that UPS does not ship on weekends and federal holidays.

Some of the items we carry in our store are shipped directly from manufacturers warehouse. These include items manufactured by Anatex, The Children's Factory, Elenco (some) and The Young Scientist Club. These items may arrive separately from the rest of the order and may arrive a day or two later or earlier than the rest of the order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 3PM EST are normally shipped the same business day. Below are estimated delivery dates for orders shipped via UPS Ground, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Select to addresses within the Continental United States:

Please note: The order arrival dates listed above do NOT account for UPS holidays. If there is a UPS holiday between the time you place your order and the projected arrival date shown above, be sure to add one to two business days (not counting weekends) to the arrival date shown above.

When purchasing from Educational Toys Planet, be sure that your order will always be treated as the highest priority. The cost of shipping to continental United States is provided automatically at checkout, based on the total purchase amount.
The domestic shipping rates are outlined below.

Expedited Shipping inside 48 contiguous US States

We currently offer UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® to our clients.
Please note that  free shipping offer does not cover express shipping.
Items by Anatex, Children's Factory and Young Scientist Club
are shipped from manufacturers warehouse. Expedited shipping is not available on these items.
The domestic expedited shipping rates are outlined below.

Domestic Shipping Outside 48 contiguous US States

Educational Toys Planet ships online orders to all US States. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or any other place outside continental United States, including military address will be charged a flat shipping fee of $14.95.
Please note that no expedited shipping is available to these states. Sorry, any free shipping offers are not valid outside 48 contiguous US States.

International Shipping

In addition to the United States, we currently ship to Canada.
The best way to calculate international shipping charges is to add items in your shopping cart, fill in your shipping address and click on "Apply To Total" button in Shipping Method section.

Shipping Carriers

Educational Toys Planet and its suppliers reserve the right to use a shipping carrier of their choosing. At the time the order is processed, we will notify you via email of the shipping carrier and shipping tracking number for your purchase.



Tracking and Confirming

If the item is shipped via UPS, you will be notified of the tracking number by e-mail at the time the shipment is processed.
If the item is shipped via the USPS Priority Mail, please keep in mind that the shipment cannot be tracked enroute.
In most cases, while checking the status of the shipment online, you will receive a message similar to one of the following:
"No information is available for this item. Please contact the sender."
"There is no record of that item. If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again later.
If you are the addressee, you should contact the sender for more information regarding when it was mailed.
NOTE: This does not mean that the item has not been mailed.
It means that it has not been scanned in as having been delivered

Delivery Exceptions

If Educational Toys Planet is unable to deliver a package within the timeframe outlined above, we will contact you regarding this rare exception


Unexpected Delays

Educational Toys Planet cannot be held accountable for any shipper-related shipping problem, manufacturer shipping related problem, or incorrect information provided during checkout that leads to delayed delivery. As always, if we become aware of delays we will relay this information to you in a timely manner.
